Why did nobody pick up on the fact that Sonic still visits Apotos for icecream? Y'know where he first met Chip and evidently saw him last?

Moonwort headshot I’ll never finish!
Can I ask you for your thoughts about Endgame?
Sure, Anon! I’m gonna be vague since I’ve seen it twice but I’m sure a lot of people haven’t gotten a chance yet. But if you’re trying to steer clear of any spoilers at all:
STOP. VAGUE ENDGAME SPOILERS. DO NOT READ.
Overall: Really happy with it!
The two major characters of the film are Iron Man and Captain America, and they do those two characters right—very satisfying
The set pieces are thrilling (especially that fourth act, my God, chills)
I laughed
I cried (a LOT)
Can’t wait to read all the fic for a certain ship I thought was sunk!
Nebula is a new favorite—props to the writers for her arc
Not here for the haters who didn’t like the She-Vengers
The MCU going forward is rocked—and I’m interested in how they build
Nitpicks: Plenty of stuff didn’t land exactly for me, but that’s how it goes
Post-snap Thor was a bit overdone
The pop culture references aren’t going to age well
They did their best to explain the timey-whimey, but I could’ve used some more clarity—if only to confirm my personal theory
Sometimes Chris Evans was too handsome
Disappointments: We didn’t get enough Natasha or Bruce, separately and definitely not together
Natasha: Black Widow is my favorite. I’ve written thousands of words of meta about her character. There is an emotional scene in the second act where ScarJo does her strongest acting for this role to date. I was LIVING. The ending they chose for her—it pains me, but it fits. What I disagree with STRONGLY is the lack of closure. We were cheated out of a lot of scenes that would have made that choice feel as supported and satisfying as the choices for other characters.
Bruce: I’m with my girl Val, who is never wrong and I love her—“I think I liked you better either of the two other ways.” Again, I needed more to justify the change. Like, great, confidence. Happiness. Inner dang peace. But we didn’t see the work. We didn’t feel it. Meh.
Brucenat: Y’all know this is my MCU ship of choice, as hated as it is. I had hope from IW that it would be circled back to. But—other than impact shots—we got nada. Clearly, these two still care deeply for each other, but ships in the night, ya know? I can—and probably will—unpack all the complex emotions that flicker across faces, but that’s all she wrote. There is one scene between them that is alluded to that I feel cheated out of in particular. Sigh.
I hope Marvel will revisit these characters in the future.
Steve, about Loki: you see him, you stop him. knock his head off if you have to.
Thor: don’t do that.
Steve: don’t do that. but i give you permission to use excessive force.
Thor: don’t use excessive force.
Steve: don’t go overboard, just stop him...by any means necessary.
Thor: no.
Steve: no, just stop him.
"And when I stared up into your eyes, there they were.. the stars shining back at me. Like the sun laying afloat the polar sea, I held you close to guide us through your dance with me.."
Thank you so so much @vee-skies your lines are just perfect I simply cannot resist when I see the pirate boys 😔💕
I hope you don't mind me hopping on to do my bit too! (Click for better quality~)
otome concepts!
Not stanning for anyone. No horse in this race. But I’m already seeing posts calling the Russos hacks and holding up James Gunn as the best Marvel director, a saint who can do no wrong. I’m guessing that means after Guardians 3 this fandom will be burning him in effigy. Just based on, like, historical trends.
Hello! I wonder what are your opinion about Cate Shortland as the director of the future Black Widow movie. Have you seen any of her previous movies?
Hi anon! I wish I had a better answer but I haven’t seen anything she’s done! I saw the trailer for Berlin Syndrome and it looks very atmospheric. I’m glad they tapped a woman, of course. I’m most interested in the confirmation of the timeframe. Are we looking at a purely pre-MCU story like some outlets have speculated? I’d prefer a mix of past and present myself! Of course, saying it’s purely a prequel could be misdirection because Natasha’s fate after Avengers 4 needs to be kept under wraps. Only time will tell! But it’s exciting after so many years that a film is getting off the ground!
