So this is the workout my AROTC instructor gave me to do this summer so I can do well in the fall semester and figured I'd share it with the people of tumblr who want to do AROTC (NROTC, AFROTC etc.) enlist, or just get in some sort of shape. I wanted to work out every day, so I added in tennis on my rest days, because I play tennis for my college. I have tennis/walk because if it rains you cannot play tennis on a wet court, but I would still go for a 3 mile walk. I also added in bike rides too to work on cardio, and Sunday is going to be an easy walk around the block with my pug.
