You know sometimes I remember that Stampy said in his play through of MCSM season 2 he didn’t forgive the Admin/Romeo and his sacrifice wasn’t enough to make up for what he did
It’s just funny to imagine MCSM Stampy, Stacy and Big B (the three of them became besties off screen) having tea and having this massive debate on whether or not the Admin REALLY redeemed himself
How he was once a man who simply loved games, he would build games and play them with his friends and his neighbours. Eventually people would travel to his home town and play his games, he became more well known, more recognised by not only the locals but traveler’s from across the world.
And he was happy, until one unfortunately day when he caught the attention of the Admin.
Romeo challenged BigB to a game to which of course he accepted and to everyone’s surprise he won, he won but what mattered to him was that he had fun. But as he walked up to shake the admins hand, the Admin enraged by this humiliation accused BigB of cheating.
He must have! How else could he challenge a Deity? BigB didn’t cheat he won fair and square everyone knew that but the Admin wouldn’t accept it. With a clap of his hands his mini games were all blown up leaving nothing but giant holes where they once stood, before BigB could check to see if anyone was hurt the Admin dragged BigB to the sunshine institute as punishment for his ‘crimes’, a prisoner at first but BigB is an adaptable person so it didn’t take long before he worked up the ranks, he knew how to get things his way, he would sneak snacks when possible he wouldn’t interact much with the prisoners in order to avoid confrontation while he wanted to go home he managed to adapt eventually.
Until the warden was fired and the prisoners fought back, the guards even though most were prisoners once and still where to an extent, were hunted down by angry prisoners. He didn’t have much time he gathered what he could and ran for it, he fled the prison into the maze of monsters.
With Jesse distracting the ghasts that loomed over head, it gave BigB just enough time to gather dirt and climb to the ceiling. Mining through the layers of obsidian and eventually stone, pickaxe after pickaxe blocking off the way he came in out of fear someone or something might follow him.
He felt claustrophobic in the tunnel he would dig through the stone then re fill the tunnel behind him, the tunnel felt tighter and tighter the further he went. Eventually all his tools were spent forcing him to dig with his hands, knuckles bleeding, head spinning and stomach churning, out of food, out of tools, out of luck, out of energy. He thought for sure he would die in this enclosed tunnel, far under the earth where he would never be found again, until finally his fingered touched something soft, dirt!
In an adrenaline filled frenzy his strength returned and he crawled his way into the sun light, Free at last!!!
But now what? He didn’t know where he was, he didn’t have anything on him, he tried to think back to his life before the sunshine institute and to his horror he couldn’t remember anything, the buildings of his home town, the streets he would shop at or even the faces of his friends, all faceless, voiceless, silhouettes in the back of his mind.
He walks, and continues to walk, his hunger grows, his adrenaline fades as he collapses by a cliff side he looks up to see a large explosion in the distance, he had over heard from people fleeing the prison that the warden was fired and the admin had left the prison to go to the surface. The memory of his destroyed mini games flooding back to him, he wants to flee in the opposite direction but he can’t bring himself to run, he’d been complicate in this for too long, even if it was hopeless to fight the admin he needed to at least help the people who were hurt by his wrath. (Maybe in another life he could have been drawn that direction by the glowing becons in the distance)
In champion city the place was almost desolate the few people who survived the calamity were barely hanging on, he had medical training from his time as a guard both to tend to other guards and prisoners alike. Using this knowledge he helped the people around him, before he saw the sky starting to vanish. What little hope he had was almost extinguished, he only just felt the warmth of sunlight for the first time in years and now it seemed it would escape from his sight forever. But he couldn’t give up now these people need him. Tending to their wounds and hastily rebuilding the walls of the city to keep the monsters out. Eventually the light returned the sky was clear again, he watches the monsters burn away in the light of morning.
Word spread fast, the Admin was gone the world was saved and they had Jesse and their friends to thank for it. Once he worked up the courage to thank the hero’s for what they had done he ran to Becon Town, however he was still starving from his travels and he over estimated the sprint to the town from the city, he almost collapsed just outside the gates but thankfully the struggling man was noticed. Two people rushed to his aid and welcomed him into their home, he didn’t realise the pain he was in from hunger until he felt the pastries they offered him melting in his mouth as he washed it down with milk and tea.
He was just about to ask them where he could find Jesse but he caught himself, he was being rude wasn’t he? he never introduced himself. “Thank you so much for your help, I’m so sorry I never got your names. My name is Anthony or bigbstatz, well most people just call me BigB, what are your names?” The two smiled and shared their names “I’m Stampy” “I’m Stacy”
Yeah Stampy, Lizzie, Stacy, Dan and Captain Sparklez were in mcsm, it was great I love that, probably one of my favourite episodes.
(Even if I am still a bit salty at the fact they sidelined Stacy for pretty much the whole episode)
But can we all give BigB some appreciation for being in season 2 as well, yeah I know he didn’t have as big of a role but he was still there and I think we sometimes forget that.
