         “Well, it’s all just part of my Quirk,” a diversion from the amalgam of compliments and observations, gaze falling to his own feet. That bright, cheery grin and those gleaming red eyes overwhelmed him - spurred some fluttering in his gut that Yu-Jin couldn’t immediately explain.

   If heat rushed into his cheeks, it wasn’t at all visible.

         “I’m definitely strong, but it’s not that big of a deal.”

kirishima’s grin widened, beaming up at the other student with something akin to amazement. consider him interested; kirishima wanted to learn all about this quirk.

“ your quirk? that’s super awesome! i’d love to know more about it! please tell me more if you don’t mind... ” he trails off, smile faltering for a moment before he extends his arm && hardens it to show the other his own quirk, the smile back on his face.

“ mine’s hardening, nothing special, really. ” he gave the stranger a jovial laugh as he released his quirk and his arm returned to its normal state.

“ oh! right, my name’s kirishima! what’s yours? ”

“Is...being tall a...bad thing?” Aquanna may have only been seven, but she could very easily see that he was uncomfortable. She slightly regretted getting excited about this.

Kuro didn’t have to look at him to notice his sudden uneasiness, she could feel it roll off him and curse herself. She hadn’t mean too!

“My canines,” The beast looks up at him. “Sometimes they poke my bottom lip when I eat. It’s painful or when my feathers get caught on the zipper of my clothes.” She winces at the thought.
