How did you get into art, and how did you get to know all these other cool artists?
I've kinda always had art in my life. Like when I was 3 my mom set up an easel and paints for me all the time and my parents always provided me with crayons and coloring books. I always drew in my classes like nonstop which may have been the cause of my mediocre grades in highschool. It wasn't until the end of my highschool years that I realized that I could actually be doing this for a living. It wasn't until the start of college (the first class I took was intro to art!) that I realized I should take this shit more seriously and like actually LEARN about anatomy and all that jazz u_u;; I was one of those kids that drew a lot of anime and cartoons in high school hahaha..
As for my art friends..I accumulated some through past DA accounts I had which I shamefully left because I had some incredibly weeaboo screennames..also I think I met a majority through Rickz0r's art piece as silly as that may seem. I was just like "wow these people have cool OCs and art" so I added a lot of them as my friends. Then I came to a realization that I should socialize more and make more art friends. It all sorta just branched out eventually. I've been a DA introvert for the longest time until I decided that I should make an effort to get to know people and I found that everyone I'm friends with now are pretty dang cool people!~
This reminded me of The @WaffleGirls team...
