Not many! As far as I can tell, actually, Demise has broken the most,,, if you can consider that a war...
So demise definitely broke one because doc killed Zedaph who was a civilian
The way Impulse and Grian killed iskall could probably considered humiliation at the end of demise
Grian used excessive force and inflicted ‘Unnecessary suffering’ on doc when he killed him with like,,, 28 things of mine-cart TNT
but regarding Civil war and other wars
Mumbo could have considered a prisoner of war for like. 10 mins but I don’t think that broke any rules technically.
Due to it being a civil war, guerilla tactics are allowed so thats fine as well
