Day 3 our Final day adventure in NYC before heading to see our family in Connecticut. We always fall in love with the energy & hustle of the city. NY is a place my wife & I always go for inspiration. The food, the music, the culture & city life. It's great to share this love of New York with our daughter Olivia Lynn. It was an amazing 3 days showing her around & seeing her take on her own lil NY attitude. From posing in the park, streets, subway to eating in Lil Italy & talking prices down on Canal street The Lopez where in a NY state of mind. ❤️ A great way to end the trip was getting surprised by a friend & MDI member @creativesparkz who knew I was flying into the city & personally painted me some new art for the new @crossfitmdi gym.
