Staying rather a bit late that day at school, she was caught up with getting in all her reading at the school library before heading home. However time went by too quickly and before she knew it the library was closed. Taking out her hair tie that bound her bun up, her hair fell loosly creating those perfect waves as she gathered up her belongings, placing them into her bag. It was already dark and she couldn't possibly read from her books, so she took out her iPad mini to read the books on there. Thank god for technology. She was the last student to step out of the library along with the librarian. They knew each other due to her most of her time spent here during the school day, so it didn't bother the librarian that she took awhile to step out.

With both hands wrapped around her reading device, she began to walk down the streets with eyes focused only on scanning the words. Making her way to the crosswalk, she hadn't noticed that the red hand was up indicating pedestrians to stop and wait. She continued to walk down the crosswalk with a car making its way towards her, but suddenly she felt someone bring her back in, dropping her iPad mini to the floor. "You could have died!" She heard the male say, but her eyes were focused on the damaged device. "Why do you care?! You just ruined my device." Her voice was raised with anger rising, as she slowly went down to pick up her broken iPad mini.

 Sitting inside a library to study was her perfect idea of how to spend a Friday night the right way instead of doing some stupid shit outside with humans that called themselves her friends. They were all too oblivious to the truth; she was just using them to obtain class notes and lectures when she decided to ditch class. Nevertheless, she continued to hang around them in order to keep up her number one status. Despite her ditching, she still managed to do well in school without worry and that always infuriated the students in her department. Her eyes began to quickly skim through her notes before she cracked open her book to begin her reading.

Getting out a hair tie to wrap her hair in a bun meant real business. Whenever she did this, it meant she was being serious and did not in anyway want to be bothered. But of course, someone was going to ruin that peace. "Are you just going to disappear on me again?" A voice was heard as it emitted through her ears. She let out a deep sigh, putting down everything she was doing to face the female. "I don't know who you are, but can't you see I'm busy?" Bitter words slipped off of her lips easily as she glared at the other before she went back to reading her book.

She found herself conveniently located in a music shop after that long walk from her school as she was absent from reality with her thoughts. Music always brought her relief from the true feelings she had inside. Eyes began to gaze over the albums on the shelf with deep thoughts of which one she should take a listen to before making a purchase. A male’s voice unexpectedly rang through her ears causing a disturbance. "Do I know you?"  His question managed to get her attention as she turned her head to face him. Examining his features with care, he still proved to be a mere stranger.  

          Nice face.

                            But, just another human that I don’t need.

"We’ve never met and honestly not planning to either. Now could you move that pretty face of yours elsewhere so I can look at the albums."  She huffed as she forcefully shoved the male to the other side of her, making her way through to her secret lover, music. Not many knew that she was into music, most students saw her studying with her headphones probably listen to some lecture she recorded in class. She heard all the rumors and shit they told lies about making them spread school wide.

Hunger, a human’s worst enemy. She felt it, too, despite being who she was. It was a natural occurrence for one to feel it, not much of a surprise. Finishing class late that day, she settled with her decision of paying a visit to a restaurant for some pork belly and maybe a drink. The place was crowded as usual at this time with humans with their friends hanging out and minding their own business. Although, she can feel them peeking glances at her for hogging down the pork belly by herself. Petite as she may look, she was able to consume quite a fair amount of share by herself. She had also decided to not drink due to classes the next morning, but she had the craving for some. As her chopsticks went for another piece of pork belly, a man suddenly appeared and sat down in front of her. If his plan was to ruin her mood, he did quite well.

"You’re so caught up with impressing everyone that doesn’t matter." She listened to those words that slipped out through his lips. She had no clue what he was going on about, nevertheless she didn’t even know him. “What the fuck are you talking about? I’d be rather pleased if you leave me alone with my food.” She retorted with irritation evidently voiced out as she used her chopsticks to point to the sizzling pork belly. And here she thought that her perfect day was going to end perfectly for once, until this stranger decided to appear and disrupt her equilibrium.

It was her first time going out in awhile to watch some street performers because of a flyer she received at school. It did its work of grabbing her attention like it should. She didn’t feel the need to study that day so she decided to go. It wouldn’t harm her to go listen to some music that always seemed to soothe those thoughts of hers. Reaching their halfway through the performance with her hoodie on whilst her hands were warmly placed inside its front pocket. The song that she was listening to soon came to an end. They announced that there would be an intermission of approximately 10 minutes. A frown displayed upon her features as she only was able to listen to one song so far before a sigh escaped from her lips. 

"This is really inappropriate." A stranger simply stated, the voice coming from the man standing next to her. She didn’t know what made him state that and she didn’t care, but her urge to respond was higher than to not to. “What are you talking about?” The inquiry was given as her eyebrows raised, her eyes peeping over to glance at the man. Everyone else here seemed to be having a good time here, so she was feeling all good. His remark really got to her and continued to bother her as she stood their looking at the busy people on stage.

Walking out in the streets and just simply glancing at the humans seemed to be an eyesore to her.  They were just so weak-minded and weak in general. Being who she was just boosted that ego of hers even more. Hands clasped around the chains of her purse as she continued her walk to find something to do that would ease her mind a bit. School wasn't a bother for her because she did so well in it, it was simply the students that were with her. Man, sometimes she wished she could just simply have class in peace without them snickering something rude about her. She didn't mind the comments that they made, but it was just plainly bothersome for her to listen to such lies. 

Abruptly, she was stopped with her thoughts by the voice from that of a male. "Do I know you?" He asked with such curiosity that she was confused herself. She took a quick glimpse at his features before she responded. He did not look anywhere near to someone she knew. Maybe he went to her school? No, that couldn’t be because no one dared to talk to her at school, not to mention try. "No, you don’t and I have no intent of knowing you.” She spouted out the harsh words with a contented grin. Her words were true as she didn’t want interactions with these humans, she despised their existence.
