What if instead of cutting down the Fourtrees, the Twolegs started mining the crystals that formed the Moonstone? The final catalyst for the cats leaving is the death of their ancestors, their single most important item of religious significance, shattered and taken apart by the invading Twolegs, a sign that not even StarClan could guide them anymore
It BAFFLES me how badly warrior cats handles their merchandise, but SPECIFICALLY their plushies. Despite how much of the vocal fandom is probably around the 16-25 age range, this is ultimately a series for preteens. So I just can't wrap my head around why they'd make plushies for the series the way they did, using very small handful of characters, making them pretty expensive, and having them only release online and sell out quickly.
Like... there's NO way that kids who like warrior cats and are in the target demographic are going to have a good time trying to convince their parents to shell out a decent chunk of money for an online only order of a single plushie of a character the child in question might not like as much as others.
What warrior cats SHOULD do is, instead of large plushies released rarely and in small batches, make a single pattern and just. Make a shit ton of small plushies. Imagine how cool it would be to go to Barnes and Noble to pick up the newest WC book and hey, this one comes with a little plush of the main character for a few extra bucks! Imagine going to a bookstore and they've got a display filled with beanie baby sized warrior cats!
That method would allow a larger audience of people to buy them (Both kids who can't get the big plushies and people who's favorite characters aren't in plushie form yet) while also providing more options for book bundle says, like, buy the whole of the first arc box set and you get a plushie trio of Fireheart/Ravenpaw/Greystripe, or buy a new book when it releases and get a plushie protag. They could still produce the higher quality large plushies, these having more detail and custom patterns, but they wouldn't be the ONLY way to say, get a plushie of Squirrelflight
Everyone place your bets now, will the Erin Hunters go back on Bristlefrosts mega death and reincarnated into Bristlekit? Vote on your phones now
Bristlefrost PMV with Pools by Glass Animals using the parallels between Bristlepaw saving Rootpaw from the lake and Bristlefrost sacrificing herself to save everyone, in this essay I will-
Did Mapleshade effectively utilize girlpower when she murdered multiple cats and manipulated a child?
Without giving me spoilers, is Leopardstar's Honor worth reading? I have trouble making myself read so sitting down to read a book is a fairly uncommon thing, and I don't feel like wasting my time if it's another Squirrelflight's Hope on our hands
We'll never get it but I'd love an arc about the corruption of StarClan cats, some "Absolute power corrupts absolutely", y'know? Since I was thinking about Moth Flight, like, when the other Medicine Cat expresses wanting kits, she doesn't get MAD, she just explains why that's something they "can't" do, but when Leafpool has kittens, she's unbelievably pissed and it feels out of character for her. You'd think she'd have some sympathy considering she too had kits in such a stressful situation.
Let us have an arc exploring how being in StarClan too long, especially when you were of some status in your living time, slowly gets to your head. Bluestar once yelled at StarClan and claimed they'd done nothing but hurt her, only to die and inflict that pain onto others, let's see an arc discussing exactly that
Anyways I'm not saying evil Firestar but I'm definitely saying evil Firestar
