I DID IT and I am so proud of myself .. why I have an apple quota: background details - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lg3GiTqgtNk&t=1s I actually almost did not finish this apple because, like I mentioned before, I am not a big fan .. but I did it and I feel really good about it - I am not necessarily looking forward my next apple experience .. but - one hurdle down .. ******* my meal prep experience ******* I had fun healthy meal prepping with my mother this past weekend, now I just have to stay committed to the cause and find other fun ways of making sure that I actually eat during the day and not neglect good nutrition .. what are some of the ways that you make sure you don't miss any meals because if I am being 100% honest, I am just okay with drinking lots of fluids throughout the day and not eating actual food - I will snack though - but that's not always on something healthy or nutritious .. I really love ready - made - food but that's not always a healthy option because of all the chemicals put into the food to preserve it and also IT CAN BE PRETTY EXPENSIVE having to buy yummy, fresh, nutritious food throughout the day .. but alas .. I have to figure this situation out this year because have you ever felt so fatigued or you just cannot concentrate because you have not eaten properly that day?? you have eaten .. but just not properly ..? ye .. I could cook but there's no way I could do that every single day .. at some point, even cooking becomes such a massive chore that the enjoyment just fizzles out of it .. I like cooking but I have to enjoy the process otherwise I end up not even eating the food that I make because I am tired from cooking and I just don't even feel like eating what I made anymore ..
