I am so happy I meal prepped yesterday. Bc today I still don't feel good, schedule off whack with ortho appt, and Brandon doesn't want anything to eat. I was able to take some egg cups and overnight oats with fresh strawberries to work for brunch along with some bone broth. Tonight I threw together some Qunioa and my spicy honey siracha shrimp. Very tasty, very quick, very healthy.
