I absolutely hate when people say:"but it's not a remake of mean girls,it's a remake of the musical, don't be butthurt"

The musical is a remake of the 2004 film,so it's the same for the new movie.

They literally say THE SAME EXACT WORDS IN MOST OF THE SCENES

Don't get me wrong the musical WAS PERFECT, I loved it,it was fun and mean girls style but it didn't need a remake as a FILM (musical),because seeing the trailer it looks like a shein rip off (especially the fashion part,it looks so freaking bad).

You can like it, but don't say "it's not a remake!" Because it is.

Also my personal opinion is that musicals work better when they are musicals on broadway and not made in movies
