These homemade minced meatballs boulettes are flavorful and simple to make. They're perfect for a weeknight dinner or as an appetiser at a party. You can also store them in the freezer for later use.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius 180 degrees Celsius fan/400 degrees Fahrenheit/gas mark 6. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Make balls out of the mixture, about the size of a golf ball. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and done. Serve immediately with your favourite side dish.
