The Trifecta Burger is a flavorful combination of ground beef, pork, and lamb, making it a true meat lover's delight. The blend of three meats, along with savory seasonings, creates a juicy and delicious burger that's perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/4 lb ground pork. 1/4 lb ground lamb. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup diced onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 burger buns. 4 slices cheddar cheese. Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for topping. Ketchup and mustard for condiments.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, and ground lamb. Add breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to the meat mixture. Mix until well combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Place the burger patties on the grill or pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and let it melt. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are slightly crispy. Assemble the Trifecta Burger by placing lettuce, tomato, and pickles on the bottom bun, followed by a cheese-covered patty. Top with ketchup and mustard if desired. Place the top bun on top, and your Trifecta Burger is ready to serve!
