The sweetness of butter and onion, the savory oil of the meat, the garlic that holds the feeling, and the sourness of the tomato melt in the curry for a very rich taste

--- Today's ingredients

onion

tomato

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon chopped garlic

meat

pepper

Sake or shochu

Instant curry

---  recipe

1. Slice onion as thin as possible

2. Boil the tomato in boiling water and peel it

3. Put 2 tablespoons of onion, 1 spoon of chopped garlic and tomato in a heated pan and fry until the onions turn brown.

4. Add meat, pepper, sake or white wine and stir-fry to remove the smell of meat.

5. Add instant curry and fry for 30 seconds

6. Add 500ml of water and boil

7. Eat delicious

Recipe 🌟1kg of cubed Meat (Beef or Lamb) 🌟Hot water as required (approximately half litre) 🌟Oil desired amount (roughly 2-3 tbsp) 🌟2/3 medium sized onions chopped 🌟4/5 Garlic Cloves grated 🌟1/2 inch Ginger grated (thumb size) 🌟2 chopped Green chillies (optional) 🌟Salt to taste Whole spices 🌟4 Green Cardamom Pods 🌟3 Cassia Bark broken chips 🌟2-4 medium sized Bay Leaves 🌟2 Black Pepper corns or 2 Black Cloves Ground spices 🌟1 tsp curry powder 🌟1 tsp coriander powder 🌟1/2 tsp cumin (zeera) powder 🌟1/2 tsp tumeric power 🌟2 tsp of hot chilli powder Method Heat the oil in a large saucepan (big enough to hold all the meat) add in all the whole spices followed by onion, ginger garlic as well as the meat cover and cook with the lid on over a medium heat for about 15/20 minutes. . Check back after 20 minutes add a dash of hot water if required and give it a stir cover and leave for a further 15/20 minutes. . Having cooked the meat for another further 20 mintues at this stage add in the ground spices and mix well, cook for a further 15/20 mintues stirring in between (at this stage you can add in a spoonful of Mr Naga). .
