These Schwarze Bohnen Burgers are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional beef burgers. They are packed with flavor and texture, making them a perfect choice for a meatless meal.
Ingredients: 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/4 cup grated carrot. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 whole wheat burger buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Avocado slices. Sliced red onion. Vegan mayonnaise or your favorite sauce.
Instructions: Put the red onion, cilantro, carrot, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a food processor and pulse them all together. Pulse the ingredients together until they are mostly smooth but still have some chunks. Take the mixture and shape it into four burger patties. Then, put them on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to make it firm. Set your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat to get it hot. Put some oil on the burger patties and cook them on the grill for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are hot all the way through and have grill marks. Also, toast the whole wheat buns on the grill until they are just barely brown while the burgers are cooking. Start by putting a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun. Then add a black bean patty, tomato slices, avocado slices, and red onion slices. It's time to put the top bun on top of the burger. Spread vegan mayonnaise or your favorite sauce on it. Along with your favorite sides, serve the Schwarze Bohnen Burger KRAUTKOPF and enjoy!
