2019: breast cancer diagnosis, lumpectomy, a new normal with oral chemo and hormone therapy that hits my bones hard, add injections for the bones. Yee! Another RFA procedure on my spine. Spent a lot of time on the yoga mat regaining flexibility that I imagined was lost forever. Also gained a bit of zen. Personally amused thinking of all those perms I had in the past wanting curly hair as I learn how to manage suddenly crazy, wavy hair. Thank goodness for @holliegivesgoodhair and her magic.
