“Nothing exciting,” she answered softly, a fond smile curling at her lips.  Hana had stopped just before her, and the dragon took a moment to look her over, as though memorizing her features.  She was all too aware that any mission could be the last for many of her teammates, and as always, there had been a rush of relief when she had heard that Hana had returned successful.  With only the briefest moment of hesitation, she stepped forward, closing the space that remained between them, separating them, and pulling the pilot into a tight embrace.

Lúcio looked over her shoulder and laughed. “Yeah when I was like um 5 I think, that’s at my cousins wedding and it was outside.” He laughed looking at himself covered in cake sitting on the grass in a small tuxedo.

Fandom,

stop defining characters just by traits that don’t even match them.

Mc.Cree is not the dumb cowboy you are so obsessed in believing he is. Han/zo is more than just his titty. Jack and Reyes have shown no parental bone in them. Hana is not Mountain Dew and doritos --are you aware of what gamers in Korea really are like? Stop it. It’s not cute. It’s not helpful.

{ @mech-babe cont'd from x } The dragon exhaled a chuckle, almost inaudible, as she watched the other woman. Hana's expression of concentration was endearing. The only thing preventing her from laving soft kisses over the pilot's skin was the threat of losing the progress they had made. Magic of this form was a dead art; it did not come naturally to the Mortal races any longer, and all progress was hard-won. “Don't think so much,” she instructed gently. “You'll feel it -- you'll know then.” Placing her hands on Hana's shoulders, the dragon traced fingertips down her arms, hoping to alleviate the tension that had gathered. “Instinct is what matters; nature is a matter of the heart and body, not the mind.”

Genji took a breath as he clicked the numbers on his phone. It was late and he knew it and still he punched in her number. He needed to talk to Hana and he didn’t quite know why. Perhaps it was just him with his still present worry of being alone. 

Either way he wanted to hear her. 

Once the number was going through, he held his cell phone up against his uncovered ear. He certainly hoped she wouldn’t be mad at him for calling her so late.

{ @mech-babe -- cont'd ask! } “This wasn't quite the way I'd intended for you to find out,” the dragoness admitted, a rueful smile twisting at her lips. “I had intended to bring about the subject gradually -- to allow you time to adapt, gently expand your worldview -- rather than some... sudden, grandiose moment of revelation.” It certainly hadn't gone to plan. Having to show more than she'd wanted to on a mission of all places... It was far less than ideal. She could only count herself incredibly lucky that Hana had been the only one to truly witness anything that couldn't be explained away. “I'm sorry...” she hesitated mid-apology. It felt like one of those moments -- are you sorry it happened or sorry you​ got caught? -- or however that went normally. “I'm sorry that you found out the way you did; sorry that I wasn't the one to tell you -- not properly, at least.” The look on Hana's face was exactly why she hadn't; why she'd intended to go about things differently. Too late for that, now.
