Mecha-Mothra Search and Rescue
As a company that uses the Stable Diffusion and Craiyon software, we at Doc Kaiju Labs want to address recent allegations that have been made regarding the use of these tools by other artists. We want to be clear that the Stable Diffusion and Craiyon software does not inherently facilitate the copying, stealing, or plagiarizing of other artists' work.
We take these accusations extremely seriously and are using all available means, including OSINT and legal action through our attorney, to combat defamation and false allegations. We have instructed our attorney to send cease and desist letters to those making false allegations and will not hesitate to take further legal action if necessary.
We want to reassure our patrons that the creators of the Stable Diffusion and Craiyon software have designed their products with the utmost respect for the intellectual property of others. We encourage commenters regarding these tools to behave ethically and lawfully, and to do their own due diligence before making any allegations.
Defamation is a serious issue, and we ask that everyone be mindful of the impact their words can have on others and consider the potential consequences before making baseless accusations. We urge commenters to do their own research and to ensure that their actions are grounded in fact before making any statements that could harm the reputation of others.
