Is there a lore reason why villain Robert is called Mecha Nero?

i wanted to stick to the colour theme so black suit = nero. which also comes from the proto-italian nēr meaning man. mecha nero, mecha man, wordplay.

i thought there were also some neat similarities between robert and emperor nero who is known as a symbol of a tyrant/villain. both lost their fathers young and were taken in by someone who was initially rejected from a body of authority (also an outsider, so to speak? 🤔), nero murdered his mother while robert eventually murders his father, etc.
