Axiom has been a key figure in promoting and presenting electro, techno, electronica and experimental music in Berlin for more than a decade. 

Through his work as a DJ, label owner of Crazy Language, and promoter of the Skizze nights at OHM Berlin and electro-driven X Ploration parties at Suicide Circus Berlin, Silvio has brought a staggering list of artists to Berlin over the years, including Electronome, DMX Krew, Monolith, Boris Divider, Luxus Varta, Galaxian, Cosmic Force, Heinrich Dressel, Teslasonic and many more. 

For this 12th edition of our podcast series, we're happy to present a +2 hour journey through all shapes and sizes of electro by Axiom, recorded live at X:ploration in Berlin on November 17th, 2017.

Spanish-born, Berlin-based Alienata whips up a potent blend of electro, acid, breaks, techno, and rave records, spontaneously selected and mixed in one take during an insomnia-induced morning trip through her immense vinyl collection.

Head of Sheffield based Central Processing Unit (@cpurecords), CPSmith aka. Chris Smith, provides a remarkable hour of electro for the 8th Mechatronicast.

Having released over 50 records since its inception in 2012, CPU has been a key contributor to the electronic music scene across a broad variety of styles, and continues to generate refreshing output from established and upcoming producers

Mechatronicast #3: Elena Sizova

Mechatronicast returns in cold, gloomy character, with the third mix solidly put together by Elena Sizova.

The Belarus based producer and DJ debuted on WéMè Records earlier this year with a stunning, conceptual six-track mini album, built in collaboration with Gerald Donald’s Heinrich Mueller.

This mix continues in similar vein of their Der Zyklus record and Elena’s set at Mechatronica in Berlin this summer, generating a bleak, minimal and energetic atmosphere through electro, experimental, techno and ambient music.
