Today's race mantra was brought to you by: a little bit of me, @mfaz0229 and coach Brad. Sprint Tri - 1:38:20 Gender rank - 30/70 Age group rank - 3/11 Today was a great example running the same race course two years in a row but experiencing completely different races. My race time this year was a full 2 mins slower than last year but overall I preformed and placed better. Thanks to my mantra I was able to keep my focus and stay in the moment. #mectriathlon #longsault is one of the most picturesque races. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend.
