Here's me at 1 month post op! The scars on the nips have finally started to flake on and overall I feel like things are looking much better. As far as mobility goes, I'm getting around super well now and back in the gym for cardio and very light stuff. The center of my chest still hasn't quite settled but at my last appointment he told me it would in time. Incision scars are also getting much lighter and at certain angles I feel are hardly noticeable. I've also been using scar strips, Bio Oil, and Mederma. I kinda rotate them around depending on what I'm doing. ----------------------------------------------- Total surgery cost quoted: 9.4K for surgery and 2K for hospital.
