Clown Cars
The Koopa Clown Car is one of the most versatile pieces of technology with the Koopa Troop's arsenal.
According to Super Mario Party's Encyclopedia, the Junior Koopa Clown Car is his preferred mode of transit. King Bowser himself also seems to like using the Clown Cars a lot himself, he has been riding in them since he was a baby.
All the Koopalings are implied to all have their own Clown Cars as well, but Iggy Koopa is the one seen using his most often. As seen in Minion Quest: The Search for Bowser and Bowser Junior's Journey. As Minion Quest puts it, "he's been known to fly around in a snazzy Clown Car."........ Outside of that, the Koopalings usually pile up into Bowser's Clown Car and operate it from there.
The Clown Cars has a well clown face on them usually which changes expressions to match with their user. Some Clown Cars are blank, but will gain an emblem upon someone hopping in side of it. Others remain blank overall.
Some Clown Car's use is unknown, like the ones seen in Neon Bowser City.
Overall Clown Cars are equipped with an arsenal of weapons and defense the user can wield. With it be filled with Mechakoopas, contain enormous balls to crush pesky plumbers, fire out Bullets Bills and lasers, have boxing gloves to punch your opponents, or even convert itself for underwater exploration. The Koopa Clown Car has it all. Some Clown Car variants such as the Fire Koopa Clown Car from Super Mario Maker 2 can be used to shoot well fire.
Clown Cars like the Junior Koopa Clown Car can be hooked into much larger Clown Cars to better fighting capabilities, as seen in Mario Party 9.
Clown Cars are also not in short supply, as many of Bowser's troops such as the Shy Guys have been seen using Clown Cars in; as seen in Super Mario RPG: Legend Of The Seven Stars. There also seems to be a healing based variant of the Clown Car, used by Medi Guys in Paper Mario 64. Written By Eris the Lorekeepr
