Klark freaks out and runs away after Etheldris is kidnapped, unsure of whether it was a hallucination or not. He runs into Talsa, who was on her way to the clinic, and asks her if she could go to Etheldris’s office to see if he was there. Then realizing that what he saw was, in fact, not a hallucination, he tells Talsa what happened, and she helps him go after them. He gives her some information on the kidnapper, and she comes to the conclusion that she is a criminal that she’d had a couple of run ins with, and that she knew exactly where they were. They go together to Scholomance to seek her out.
Meanwhile, Hon’Wol has taken Etheldris captive and is...well, fucking him up.
Klark and Talsa find him and fight, but Hon’Wol disappears. Etheldris basically dies, but miraculously comes back to life, because of something that Hon’Wol was doing. They are eventually able to get him out.

Klark starts hallucinating again, only this time, unbeknownst to Etheldris, it’s actually a real person who is somehow only invisible to Etheldris, but not Klark (AKA the Worgen that Corvus warned him about). She starts screwing with Klark and he freaks out, but Etheldris convinces him that she’s just another hallucination. At that moment, the Worgen effectively becomes truly visible and kidnaps Etheldris. By the time Klark realizes that he is, in fact, not hallucinating, it’s already too late.
