actually cant stop thinking about the fact that it’s pre-crash nat thats haunting misty. like shauna being haunted by pre-crash jackie is bad enough, but nat survived. nat made it out of the wilderness, she lived 25 years after they made it out. but misty is haunted by the version of her before all of that, before they even crashed because what does it matter if she made it out if she was gonna die because of the crash anyways? because nat survived the crash and the 19 months in the woods and the 25 years after filled with addiction and arrests and toxic relationships, but she still died because they crashed anyways. so misty pictures her before that, before any of that ever happened, before they crashed, before misty broke the box, before misty killed her, because that’s the only version of nat that exists before she got the chance to hurt her.
