With your medipen, is it just THC or is it also nicotine like they look like ecigs?
it is only cannabis oil! in a coconut oil base. no nicotine or THC (the element of cannabis which gives you a high). it’s pretty natural, and for an extra £1 you can choose to get them flavoured (from 12 or more flavours, I’ve enjoyed peach and bubblegum the most)
Marijuana biotech company MediPen is opening a cannabis research facility this summer.
MediPen has just been granted access to a new research facility.

Does the medipen have any known effects on mental health?
it is mentioned on many sites that CBD oil can benefit many conditions, I pulled this quote from here
”Scientific Studies shows, that CBD has quite stunning effect on neurological and physiological disorders. Until now there are no known hemp oil side effects.
A few more known with CBD treated disorders and hemp oil treatments are:
Antibiotic-resistant infections
Immuno-suppressive
Rheumatoid arthritis
Psoriasis
PTSD
Anxiety attacks
Vascular and muscle relaxing
Diabetes
Alcoholism
Spasm
MS (Multiple Sclerosis)
Epilepsy
Chronic pain
Schizophrenia & Psychosis”
the medipen gives you a mist of this oil to breathe in, but they cannot legally claim on their website that it will cure/help everyones experience with an illness.
it does not contain any THC which is generally the thing connected to people being cautious of hallucinating, intensifying episodes of mental illness. Personally I say it can only have a positive benefit on your mood/mental state.
When I use it I can definitely feel an anti inflammatory and anti anxiety calm. Hope this has helped, there are plenty of studies and first hand accounts online to read xx
a reminder to all the UK spoonies who have the funds to try out CBD oil (zero THC, completely legal here now) to do it! I've had my vape for a week and it's amazing how quickly I can get my pain lowered, really really worth giving a go. medipen.co
Have you ever considered getting a medical marijuana prescription? Heard it helps a lot of people with chronic illnesses/pain. Don't know if you have easy access it but it's worth looking into. There's also edibles if you're turned off by the smoking aspect.
It turned me off initially (considering it years ago) if I got a pipe, definitely be more into grabbing out a cookie once a day!
But with this vape pen it doesn’t feel like I’m smoking (I’ve never smoked cigarettes to know much comparative) I’m just sucking it then breathing out a fluffy mist that SMELLS YUM.
It’s bloody brilliant!
I don’t know about prescription, my friend (can’t walk, in chair 24/7, organs failing) asked for it and her Dr told her it is allowed for MS patients but not her CRPS. I don’t feel I’d have a chance at it, my dr barely knows me, gives me refills of what my Australian Dr allowed and that is it.
It be great to have it for free, different strengths/choice to use it in cooking etc but am so far really happy with this Medipen & yeeeeee less pain x
