Bom Dia! How di you feel halfway through the week? Feeling like you need a break already? For me the week began with feeling a little sick which is of course not motivating. Thankfully today it’s already better and feeling sick did at least not keep me from one routine: Meditating 🙏🏼. Do you meditate every once in a while or an a regular base, too? Or do you want to try it? I can just recommend it! At the moment I really try to take time for a (mostly) guided meditation in the morning, 10 minutes are great and better you do 10 minutes on a regular base then 30 min just every here and then. It’s like with physical exercise. And with meditation both, your body and mind, will thank you because they are influencing each other, interrelated ✨ Meditation can help you with stress, anxiety and so many other bad feelings, for me, together with reading and studying related topics, it changed my approach towards life and how to treat my body and mind - but also my attitude towards others. Meditation is also cultivating love and acceptance ✨ Don’t worry if in the beginning you can’t concentrate long enough or feel bored or strange... it’s normal as it’s new. You also can’t speak a new language or solve a complicated math problem in a few days without experience. So be patient and just continue thinking of how a regular meditation practice will contribute to an even better life, healthwise and with regard to the happiness of your soul.
