I have longed to try Mee Hailam for a while, and today, I finally gathered all the necessary ingredients to cook it. 

Despite its name sounding Chinese, it is a Malay-style noodle dish. I used chicken, shrimp, fish cakes, and additional shrimp to create a lavish version at home. It turned out to be quite delicious, which will cause me a bomb if I order it from a restaurant.
