this weekend was pretty neato? my parents pulled boxes of their old vinyl albums from their closet and now i’m SWIMMING in albums from the 60s-80s and i couldn’t be happier. also i read a TON from a novel i started a bit ago. i’m hooked. AND on top of it. i started digitally drawing the characters from my art project my friend and i worked on since later 2017. life has me humble rn

anyway the guy i went out with last friday is a huge fucking nerd and i’m taking my gamecube out so i can buff up my skills in soul caliber II. homie isn’t going down without a fight. i must defeat him with my waifu seong-mina

so i managed to be leaving work at the same time as the guy i’m into and long story short he stopped and talked with me at our cars and he’s too much wtf. he told me he’s been listening to the music i talk to him about while he’s working at his desk and i’m graphically KO’d on the floor. also we talked about the movies he suggested to me as well as the cartoon he wanted me to watch. also he rocks a solid winter aesthetic and i felt like my stomach was full of bees. i couldn’t hold eye contact with him because my body kept goin like aUGHUGHAUAGUH because damn. also with it being 20 degrees out my whole body started shutting down but damn i felt alive and unstoppable

in other news my ex from five years ago contacted me last night apologizing for his toxic behavior from after our break up and how guilty he’s felt since then. like wow this doesn’t just happen in the movies huh
