I’m so glad we got her ending. It’s a shame it got cancelled, but I can understand why. It’s overarching premise was pretty weak in my opinion. At least he improved quite a bit since E-Robot, so here’s hoping he gets one more chance later on.

I really wasn’t a fan of E-Robot, so the fact that I was even invested at all in the series is a good sign of improvement. I’ll admit that the fact that the childhood friend looked to be the main focus was one of the reasons I gave it a chance. The explanation for why he’s a harem protagonist was also fairly funny, so credit where credit is due.

I’d probably rank Love Rush near the top of the Jump Start Series, but series like Samon the summoner, or Amalgam of Distortion probably deserved the spot more. Red Sprite and Promised Neverland seem to be going strong, so good on them as Jump Starts

If his next work is more like Love Rush than E-Robot, I’d love for him to fill that Rom-com spot that Shonen Jump is having trouble keeping for more than a few weeks.
