(Spoiler for Megaman Zero 4 and the Megaman Zero games as a whole ahead)

ZERO FUCKING DIES?! X FUCKING DIES?! YOU COULD NOT HAVE PREPARED ME FOR EITHER OUTCOME?! (and before anyone comes in talking about the ZX games, I know they live on in the biometals BUT STILL!)

Also, bet Dr. Light didn’t foresee several apocalypses and holocausts (yes, more than one) occurring as a direct result of his escalating conflicts with Wily. I mean, it’s Wily’s fault what with the maverick virus being his doing and everything but I can’t decide if he’d have considered it and not cared or been too wrapped up in the idea of finally one upping Light to think about it.

Also occurred to me that I’d never actually beaten Zero 4, I’d always play all the way through the other 3 and get burnt out at the intro to 4. Glad I finally did though. Good games. My favorite visual style of the whole Megaman franchise and the best storytelling IMO.

Now if only they’d revive Megaman Legends 3...SERIOUSLY CAPCOM.BRING.BACK.LEGENDS.3. (also, do the whole fan submitted content thing again, I know it bit you on the ass last time but it was one of the coolest things about that game’s development and is tied to Legends 3′s identity). Can you imagine? A fully fleshed out, hd Megaman Legends 3 on the Switch? Wasn’t even INTO Megaman when that game got canned and I’m STILL sore about it.
