It's okay, but your artist is the one you need to apologise too. They are understandably quite upset over this but I'm sure they'll understand when you explain everything to them.
I understand, DCBB can be a bit overwhelming and people make mistakes. And that's okay, as long as we learn from it.
I'm sure you didn't mean to upset anyone but it happened but I hope you and your artist can work things out and make an awesome DCBB.
