i went out to a bunch of garage sales with @homocryfromthedarkness and we came upon this one house that was selling some really awesome thing, like boxes upon boxes of art history books and some awesome radio show cassettes of old detective programs and i saw this beautiful old chest off to the side. it looked OLD. like really fucking old and i got down and did some looking and i found an old, ripped label to a freight company on it and im pretty fucking sure its at LEAST 100 yrs old and i ended up getting the lady to sell it to me for 42 bucks instead of the 50 is was marked as since thats all i had in my pocket and i asked about provenance and im pretty sure ive just become the owner of a chest worth well over 50 fuckin dollars
