Castiel looked over at Meg, feeling a little annoyance at her using the reference he still didn't understand. He decided he'd ask Dean what it meant one time. In the mean time, he was searching for any hint of anything that might lead them in the right direction of the Dark Angel blade. He knew there was a hidden chamber somewhere near by and he knew how to get into it, he just didn't know how to find it.
He carried on running his hands over the rough wall of the Canyon, occasionally stopping to feel a different sensation.
Finally, he felt a zing of magic, but it was over a crack and he knew the crack should not be there, the chamber was supposed to be completely sealed.
"I think I have it," he said, half to assure himself and half to let Meg know what was going on. He dropped his hand down and let an angel blade fall out of the sleeve of his coat, which he used to create a small cut on his hand. Using the blood from the cut, he dripped it onto the rock in front of him. But nothing happened.
He breathed in a sharp intake of breath. "Demons have been here, they've added their own protection to this place. Meg, I need your help to get in." He told her as he turned to face her, his face full of concern at her reaction and all the seriousness of the situation.
