😕 #MehRun 🏃 It's supposed to be #SundayLongRun but at 8am, I was totally up for 12 miles on my training plan, but had some family stuff with the City Summer Swimming Championship for my daughter I had to attend the opening day parade and when we got home it was 1pm. So ate lunch, and got ready by 2 and well, I was kinda 🤷♂️ #Meh about doing 12 miles, but I was going to treat it like a junk mile run and just get the miles in. Yea, I hit the wall about mile 6 and even though I was hydrating, fueling and deliberately ran in shaded areas, I just was not in it. I got close, but just went home and walked the remaining few miles. Oh well, atheist I tried. Have 12 weeks till Detroit and I'm still preparing, so on a positive note I got in almost 10 miles and knocked out a few of my favorite podcasts, @bariatriclifepodcast and @justmytypepod_ so it was not necessary a bad run, just not an awesome awe inspiring memorable run.
