My number one ot3 will always be todoshindeku because I love them; however, shinmeideku. Think about it. Mei inventing support items for Shinso and Izuku. Shinso being the one brain cell and stopping his to idiots from committing war crimes. Izuku being the in between, sparing with Shinso and giving Mei ideas. I love them.

Mei and Deku?

Fav thing: he would take care of her and make sure she gets the basic things she needs to survive

Least fav thing: realistically, she loves inventing and that’s it

Unpopular opinion: I think Deku would recognize that she’s more chill and be good for her and not have completely unrealistic expectations

Nobody asked but I'm giving my headcanons on some Izuku ships:

- Uraraka/Izuku: Very and sweet, they are friends above everything and are huge emocional support for one another. In bed tho I feel like things would be very interesting, at first they'd be very careful but as they get to know what the other likes I'm pretty sure ochako would be the one im control more often than not, and he'd get totally pegged at some point no one can change my mind.

- Bakugou/Izuku: I feel like it would be very intense and kind of toxic in the beginning, they both mean too much to each other and want it all now that they finally have each other like this but there's potential for many unsaid feelings (mainly from Izuku) to finally come forward and cause a fights early on, but eventually they would have a very emotional talk after a big fight and their need to be with each other would drive them to be really good for each other, I might be biased cuz they're my fave bnha ship but I truly think the link they have is like no other and they couldn't see a future where the other wasn't in their lives.

- Todoroki/Izuku: I have a feeling they'd be very tame in the beginning, their presence always brought the other a semblance of peace when it's just the two of them and they'd be pinning for a long time before anything happens, Todo would definitely be the more oblivious of the two and he'd know Izuku is special to him but would be a bit slow at recognising that those feelings are romantic, Izuku on the other hand would notice it fast and be in a bit a denial and would get VERY flustered every time Todo does something remotely cute, he'd be a pinning fool and know it but would be scared of ruining the friendship to do anything about it, the one who actually takes initiative is Todoroki, who ,the moment he realizes his feelings, says it in a very blunt fashion and Izuku has a mini heart attack. Most people wouldn't even realize they're dating until about a hear in when when a tired Izuku gives Todo a peck on the lips and everyone is shook (they'd be really dirty in the sheets tho but shouto isn't big on PDA).

- Mei/Izuku: One day they'd spend a whole night trying to figure out modifications for his hero costume and really bond over their shared interests. It would happen suddenly when Izuku is talking really excitedly and Mei is very enamoured by him and becomes curious about how it'd be to kiss him so she does, Izuku was NOT expecting that so he gets super freaked out and flees, that same night he couldn't go to sleep cuz he's heart is beating so fast, he feels guilty for just dashing out but doesn't know how to feel about the kiss until he figures out the he does really like talking to Mei, the next day he goes back to her workshop to apologize and she looks a bit confused like nothing had happened and he mumbles a very shy confession and she accepts because why not, it's very awkward at first but once Izuku stops trying to be romantic and just talks to her like he always does a very strong spark lights up. They'd be that kind of couple that nobody knows exactly how it works but it just does and they have a lot of fun together (specially when Mei is testing out her babies on him ;) ya know).
