would you ever consider opening up a patreon? your art is so gorgeous that i could see there being a lot of interest!

Thank you so much! Sorry for the late reply as I had to think about this for a bit. The short answer is that I don’t see myself being able to maintain a Patreon. I’m usually too busy and exhausted from my work most days to draw consistently. I’d rather spend the little free time I have doing something I enjoy than forcing myself to draw - one of things I want to avoid is the feeling of drawing becoming a job or obligation.

A couple years back when I had more time and energy to draw, I did actually consider opening a Patreon. However, I overextended myself and juggled multiple big/mini/reverse bang challenges (as an artist, author, and pinch hitter) consecutively in a very close time frame. It got so bad I was on the verge of getting a serious carpal tunnel with excrutiating wrist and shoulder pains. I wasn’t very good at taking care of myself when I was younger. Haha

Eventually, I burned out really hard and stopped drawing for about 2-3 years. These days, I pace myself a lot better. I stop drawing when my wrist or shoulder start aching badly again and take more frequent rests. For now, I’m content with having a Ko-Fi where people can support me whenever they wish to do so. I greatly appreciate everyone of my supporters as they’re part of what motivates me to keep drawing. 😄☕

Do you have any guilty pleasure scenes/characters you like to draw?

Hmm... 🤔  I’m going to answer this generally instead of being Choices focussed. I actually really enjoy drawing Arkham City Riddler and Pied Piper but most of them don’t make it past sketches. I also do occasionally still doodle Reno (FF7) and Laguna (after 13 years things tend to stick). As for Choices, I may or may not have drawn Cal a lot more than I show.

do you have anything personally you're working on for upcoming choices appreciation weeks?

I’m horrifically bad at planning ahead and I’m usually really busy, so I don’t have anything in the works yet. 😅 I usually only start drawing the day before or on the day itself and suffer. 🙃
