Oranges and cinnamon, which is interesting when you consider that Genavene is a fiend for cinnamon... hm...

Rosemary is his favorite smell, which just-so happens to be Genavene's signature smell... he also likes raw vanilla (heathen, I cannot stand the scent of raw vanilla.)

The best way I can explain this is that he dresses for sleep like Scrooge from the Christmas Carol. Without the little hat, although when he's sick, he does in fact have a little hat and a candle holder. Why a candle holder? Because naturally he was the child who stood quietly in the doorway after getting sick, all sheepish, wanting to tell someone he's sick, but is too embarrassed to say anything, and with the candlelight illuminating those dark, sickly circles under his eyes, it tells you everything.

Genavene x Vaelor x Matthos, and a cute headcanon/fact about them is that whenever Genavene and Vaelor visit Vyneheart, their usual rooms are connected by a passageway to Matthos's chambers.

Vaelor and Alicent are my favorite friendship, a cute headcanon/fact about them is that Vaelor, like with most of the royal household, makes clothes for Alicent (at least up until Rhaenyra's wedding to Laenor.) Alicent also trusts Vaelor with her children.

He usually sleeps on straight on his back on his own, or curled up holding a pillow. With Genavene, he's the big spoon (shockingly.)

Hot chocolate, but realistically speaking, I don't think they have that in Westeros yet, so if we're going to be canon-compliant (despite Vaelor's very existence not being canon-compliant)

How did you choose their name ?

For Esero's name, I wanted something that sounded sort of soft and fluid but also foreign, even to Valyrian. I kind of threw around letters until I got something that sounded about right, at the end I was left with Esero which fit quite well with that fluid sound i wanted, but I also liked Ektaro, so I used it as his father's name.

What is the most recent thing you've discovered about your OC ?

Probably that the flamboyant exterior I initially gave him could stay if I made it a really superficial facade of his, contrasting with the far calmer and shyer person I recently decided he truly was.

idek what to say, lmao. there’s just so much. i just wish people would actually spend time on rpgs like they used to man. like fuck! there’s just SO MANY great groups in the tags - and yes, i’ve seen SOME appless groups that i thought were cute, but i’m just not about to “apply” to those groups when i would much rather take 20+ mins or even a few days on an app because i want a muse so bad, or i want to play an oc so bad, like??? - but no one wants to give groups the time of day anymore. i’m so tired about ‘aesthetics’ this and ‘aesthetics’ that, like FUCK! hell, are pretty graphics amazing??? YES!! But hear me out: THEY DO NOT!!! MAKE!!!! THE GROUP!!! I’m honestly so over everyone that has these sticks up their asses bc an amazing group doesn’t the ‘aesthetics of the rpc’. And I’m not even talking about mine !!!! Like, I’m just so tired. I miss the way rp used to be. Not really, Rhyn isn't the type to talk much unless they've got something truly noteworthy to say or a cynic jest to make.

2. Is their voice quiet or loud?

Naturally more quiet, with the melodic, liquid accent of Pentos. When pretending to be Ser Myrtis, they use a deeper, louder voice but it's a struggle to keep up with it.

Answering for Ilaeth Morcant, because I love that girl <3

Ilaeth's favorite stories come from the word of her aunt, Jaena Morcant, who is the mother of Cercella Lyneve. Jaena is incredibly knowledgeable about House Lyneve and its traditions and ancient myths. Ilaeth is absolutely captivated by her aunt's way of storytelling.

Ilaeth was born and lived for a short time on a small stretch of islands known as the Three Stones, (technically, she is ruling lady there, but was orphaned early, and raised at Seawatch while her uncle Baelith ruled Dawnbreak and thus the Three Stones in her stead.) and as a result, the majority of the food she at during her time there, was seafood. Once she became a ward of Seawatch, she finally began to learn about other foods. In particular, she is fond of oranges, though at meals, she grew to adore blackberry oatcake.

However, Cercella never understood why Ilaeth favored the dish as it was... to her, simple. The cousins on Cercella's father's side, Ayrella, Cyrella, and Myrella, all agree with Cercella when the "issue" is brought up at a dinner. It made Ilaeth realize how fortunate she was, because she had grown up without such things, but still with a full belly. She couldn't imagine how others beneath her in status lived.

Rhoswyn's name admittedly was not thought through entirely. More-so, that "rhos" meant "rose" and y'know she's a Tyrell? I did however want to make sure she had a name that was sweet, but not overly-flowery. Rhoswyn is not just the name of a noble lady to me, I could picture perhaps an archer with that name as well?

My favorite part of having Rhoswyn is that she is dreadfully lonely, and through her I get to explore what loneliness does to girl's who were provided with everything else. Rhoswyn is a lady of high rank, and in that, true friendship is scarce to find. It's why she is so possessive of her handmaidens, and also why she is so strict with them. That being said, she wants a true friendship between them, but she doesn't seem to understand how that high status of hers makes it near-impossible.

Thus, the only true friend she really has is in her husband, and while Rhoswyn herself is cruel, her cruelty is magnified by being Aerion's wife and wanting to keep his interest.

She should have been able to find friends among her in-laws, however with Aerion's behavior, it makes such relationships difficult. Either they begin hesitant towards Rhoswyn or pity Rhoswyn, and to Rhoswyn, both behaviors are slights upon her virtue.

Shiera Seastar and Rhoswyn are a friendship based in transaction, trading young, pretty handmaidens among themselves. Were their trade to cease, so would their friendship.

Rhoswyn could have had the ability to change, but she has been coddled and for lack of a better term, socially hobbled, by those around her for years.

She is consistently told that she is better than them, so when those "beneath" her speak out against her, those she had "raised" by being their ally, she cuts them down believing that they have wronged her as though she were a goddess.

Of my OCs, Rhoswyn is probably the most wicked "by intent" (yes, she beats out the lady who eats her twin brother's heart) and dissecting that happens to be my favorite thing about her.

well, thank you. you’re the only one out of the 1k+ followers i have, but that’s alright. anyway, dash icons - i believe - are icons people use for their icons on their dashboard for tumblr. like mine is bridgit mendler. but people are starting to use shape pngs along with the icons, so it would require a png of the mascot. i might be wrong, but that’s the way i see them.
