i'm quite fond of a lot of the Swedes, but Magda is the one I'm most excited to see! mood about the aussies- i see them often enough but who knows if i'll ever get the chance to see the Swedish girls again! good luck with your pics, hope they turn out brill :)

Oh yeah, lots of people seem to love Eriksson too. I hope you get to see a lot of her. IIRC, the Opposition Active Support section is close to the east/non-tunnel side? So the Swedish players might be more likely to walk by you after the match. 😊

Alex Chidiac vs Leah Davidson. (I haven't seen Chidiac in a Matildas shirt in person so I'm excited to see that. I hope she gets to play in the next games and especially in Melbourne, that's her home stadium and the Victory fans will cheer very loudly for her.)

I think I was in section 5 or 6, close to the pitch and the halfway line, but on the east/non-tunnel side. The view's pretty good on the near side, but not too great for the far/tunnel side especially during the anthems when the players' backs are towards you :(

The photo isn't too bad zoomed in, but I remember regretting getting east-side tickets when I just looked at them with my own eyes. I have very bad eyesight though 😅
