Melenchon during an interview: I believe ecology without anti capitalism is just gardening. Socialism that doesn’t stand against capitalism is just cute. As for communism without a socialist revolution as a goal, I wonder what it is.

I have my issue with Melenchon but DID HE LIE? He said nothing but the truth. Leftists ideologies without anti capitalism are useless. He was right when he said that in 2023. Just like he was saying the truth last week when he said that communism supporting the poorer working class without anti racism is worthless because the reality is that the poorer working class is often made of people of color.

Like again I have my issue with Melenchon (not small issues) but at the end of the day Trump threatened American universities who invited him last week but he wouldn’t have threatened them had they invited Roussel (communist) Tondelier (Green party) or Faure (socialist). Because Melenchon has his issue but he actually wants change and could bring change unlike the rest do the left.
