1. Origin of your username

haha I feel like it's pretty self explanatory, i'm a lesbian and i like corvids. although i feel like most ppl think of ravens or crows when they think of corvids and i love them too! but i also think magpies are super underrated corvids

2. I will always order this food

i loooove indian food i usually get palek paneer or mutter paneer (my fav lately). unfortunately between my town and the town closest to me there are only 3 indian restaurants and they're all mid at best >< i miss my hometown where there was basically an indian restaurant on every street corner. luckily there are at least a bunch of thai restaurants here, i always love a good pad see ew

3. Overused emoji

i feel like i don't use it as much these days but i have used this emoji 😔 so many times that whenever i see it i'm like. that's me. i also use 🧍‍♀️ quite a lot too

4. Current favourite show/media/book

unexpectedly i have become unreasonably obsessed with ABO Desire... I honestly have no defense. it's honestly not like. a great show by objective standards but it is so fun and i love that we have a proper live action omegaverse show now LOL

6. Last thing you were obsessing over

okay to have a different answer from just saying ABO Desire again i'll say khemjira bc it did technically air later. it is GENUINELY such a masterpiece of a show and I love how deeply ingrained thai culture is to the story. but also it was genuinely so fun to watch a spooky show in october just the vibes, the writing, the characters, the acting, the editing, everything made for such a fun experience. I would genuinely suggest it to everyone including ppl who aren't super into BL/romance

7. Oddly specific thing that brings you joy

there's lots of things but today it's my leather jacket! it's not the first time someone has complimented it, but today I walked into an antique store and the guy working there was like "welcome, today everything is 25% off- WOAH that's a cool jacket!" and then he turned to his coworker to tell her to look at my jacket lol made my day :D

It's jun from svt as it has been for years (I switch out the picture every once in a while, although I think it's been this one for a while now haha. he's so cute here!)

this is very basic but i can't resist the smell of baked goods

i don't really think of myself as either? i feel like self-identified "night owls" go to bed way later than I do and self-identified "morning people" get up way earlier than I do. if left to my own devices i go to bed no later than midnight and wake up no later than 9am so. do with that information what you will

11. What‘s your work/profession?

i'm an industrial engineer at a manufacturing plant. which is what i went to school for and is work i enjoy in theory, but I work for a large company and there's always a bunch of drama and company politics going on which is sometimes interesting gossip but mostly just a headache lol! it would also be nice to have good data to work with instead of a bunch of missing/incomplete/inaccurate data but. you know

something I've thought about many times over the years is that kpop fans often conflate what they as a fan want to see with what their artist wants or even with what is good for their artist's career

I wish fans would learn that it's okay to just say "I would really love to see X from my artist", whether it's a music genre, concept, variety show appearance etc., instead of "my idol is clearly mistreated because the company won't let them do X!" when it could easily be the case that your idol doesn't WANT to do that music genre, concept, variety show, etc.

your idol is a separate person from you. just because you like them as a celebrity and are a fan of their work doesn't mean they will always want to do the things you as a fan want to see from them. and just because they don't cater to everything you personally want doesn't mean they're being mistreated
