Summary:  The door of the inn she had booked a room in was painted a bright blue. So were the nails of the young woman at the reception. And her tank top. Not her eyes though, they were hazel.

And the fact that Maia had noticed that immediately after meeting her was because she was staring. The girl was… beautiful.

Blue sky, fresh food, and the green-hazel eyes of Clary Fray, a woman with more secrets than one would originally believe. Learning to love herself and love others again is a difficult journey that Maia is steadfast on.

I agree with you about Izzy/Meliorn. I feel their their relationship was just shoved under the rug. A lot of people say that she was just with him for the sex and didn't really like him, but I think she did genuinely care about him.

I think she cared too. She obviously was very sad when she had to stop seeing him, and she did go against everyone, including her brother and family, to save him. If she was just into him for sex and information, I don’t think she would have done that. 

We know from the show that Izzy has some racist tendencies towards Downworlders, and she didn’t hesitate to kill innocent vampires before. I think her deciding to save Meliorn was a testament to her feelings for him. 

Now that she has evolved, I would like to see her make amends to Downworlders, and I would like to see her, at least get some closure when it comes to her relationship with Meliorn. 

And we know Meliorn cared about her enough to recognize her perfume on Raphael, and to mention that she was the only Shadowhunter he cared about when they had the first Cabinet Meeting. 

I think their relationship deserved some closure, especially now that they have both changed so much. Izzy matured, and Meliorn was punished by the Seelie Queen and took a role as a Seelie Knight. i’d be curious to see them interact now. 

(And I am currently writing a Izzy/Meliorn reunion fic, that may include sexy times. Like, as we speak. I stopped writing to answer this xD)
