Okay but I LOVE the god/dess of the unheard. Like, all of the prayers unanswered, all the things you thought were yours alone to carry, someone listened. They can't always do anything, but your story is never unheard, you're never alone in it. I love that! They hear people at their loneliest, on the worst days of their lives, when there is no one else to turn to, they listen. A listening ear, a quiet dignity and respect saying that you all deserve to be heard, even if I can't answer, you are heard. I adore the idea of the ROs trying to scare them and the god looking at them like really? Come on now. Because they've seen the worst of it, the coldest and the loneliest things the world has to offer. I love playing them compassionate, the only kindness they can always give no matter their strength, and I love playing them cold, warn down by all the cruelty they could do nothing about. But always they carry the secrets that remain unsaid, all things unanswered they share. And how often have the ROs and other characters felt unheard? How do they feel knowing that isn't true? Someone was always listening, just often helpless. I want so badly to get to talk to the characters about that in game, but it's a subtle kind of strength to the domain that is so so cool. Not world shaking, not able to drown or change fortunes or rip the life from someone, but able to be quietly consistently kind of cruel, in a way no one else could ever give.
