Under New Management
Hi everyone! I’m Melissa, and I am the new main curator of this blog. You might know me from my ranger blog, @rangersoath (Or my main/general interest blog @heeleys-the-musical.) I am honored and honestly a little intimidated to be the new spokesperson for the fandom, but I am going to work my hardest to preserve our tiny but thriving community.
For my first post as moderator, I am going to lay out some plans I have for this blog. First of all, the fanfic recs page is going to get a complete workover. Instead of being a small list of the best our fandom has to offer, I am going to try and transform it into a full index of all fanfictions about Pokemon Ranger. Let’s face it- this fandom isn’t that big, so I am bringing together every ranger-centric fanfiction the internet has to offer! Yes, even the bad ones (not the NSFW ones though, but that’s more of a personal decision). This project is a huge undertaking, so I am open to help. Please, shamelessly plug the work of you and your friends!
My second plan is to create a complete directory of pokemon ranger blogs. Of course there are the few blogs that are ranger-centric, but I want to pull the fandom as closely together as possible. If you’re a casual fan, or if you don’t even post fandom-related stuff but you still would like to talk to people about pokemon ranger, you’re on the list. Let me know if you would like to be on/off of this list, and if you would like a specific tag for your blog.
The last idea I have for right now is to have occasional minor fandom events. Since this blog is the heart of the fandom, we can use it to centralize community discussions. If you have an idea for a discussion topic you can submit it to this blog, or if you post it on your own blog I may reblog it to pull more people in. Some of these discussions could be about fanfictions, almost like a book club. Participation is key, so please let your voice be heard!
If you have any questions or suggestions, don’t be afraid to ask! No, really, you don’t have to be afraid. Honestly, I am probably going to be more afraid to get the ask than you are to send it. I’ve never done anything like this before, but I am absolutely going to try my best!

I'm going for a rest. I might let Charles have his laptop back for in a while, for a while. He's been so co-operative after-all.
Charles has fallen asleep in the mud again. He has been trying to be romantic by growing me flowers, but he's just been making a mess.
As happy as he may be, he's been laying here for three days now and I'm sure you'll all understand that there's always a limit at how much a lady can take.
If anyone happens to know a way to cure my pumpkin-pie... I don't deal with healing, you see, or I would've fixed him up at the drop of a pin.~
I hope I won't be talking to you all tomorrow- in the nicest way, of course.
