From Plano, TX, Melissa is interested in bringing stories to life through imagination, history and character's world views. For her, accents serve as a jumping point into that world, so she was delighted to explore her southern dialect in Western Religion. Some of Melissa's television credits include Rizzoli & Isles, Criminal Minds, Suspect Behavior opposite Forest Whittaker, Cold Case and Desperate Housewives. On the stage, she has appeared at the Ahmanson Theatre in the Tony Award winning Jersey Boys and with John Goodman and Christopher Lloyd in A Christmas Carol at the Kodak Theatre.
