I really want to cut. I keep telling God and promising Him I won't do it, but then, I do. I just really want to die I’m not going to amount to anything. I’m just stuck. I keep reading the bible and praying ‘til I fall asleep and talking to Him and I’m trying to listen I just can’t seem to drown my own thoughts out. I just really want to die… I’m tired. I guess I’m just asking if maybe you can pray for me...?
YES. WE are DEFINITELY going to PRAY for you. But first I want to assure you that YOU WILL amount to something. I don't know what it is, but God has some plan up His sleeve for you. He's been planning it since before you were born and it's for your good because He LOVES you. You've just got to stick around to make sure it comes into fruition.
Lord God,
I am standing here broken before You knowing that Haley wants to end her life. I know You have great plans for her out of Your endless love for her. I pray that Your peace would surround her. That she would feel the embrace of Your love and that she would see the touch of Your hand in her life. I pray that You would still her mind so that she could hear from You. God, I can't be there with her to stop her from self-harm so I'm asking that You would reach out to her. I know You will because You'd have done that without me. Be with her and hold her especially close in the dark moments so that she will know she is not alone. By the name of Jesus I'm asking all of this. Amen.
