yo thanks!! sometimes i don’t think people read tags lolwarning: spoilersi know a lot of people have read the book this dramas based on (i can’t remember the name bc im half asleep i’ll edit this later) and know what sort of ending the book has, and it’s not the traditional fuzzy ending. however, i don’t know if that’s the route that the writers will take this. i’d expect it more of this was a chinese show, since they seem to have way more sad and terrible endings than korean dramas do. and i’m kind of at a loss to see which direction they’re going to take the storyline in. they can make soo ji be the one to ruin everything for everyone. i can also see se joo doing that too, out of jealousy. somehow i can also see tae hee being like fuck these toxic assholes and moving abroad as a bad ending, but i could see her doing and shi hyun following her. i highly doubt that they’ll have a stereotypical ‘everyone talks it out or cuts people out of their lives and happy ending yay’ bc that’s just not in the style of the drama. i’m having a bit of a crisis about this lmaoi’m very very glad that tae hee broke it off with shi hyun. she’s the most self aware character i’ve ever seen in a drama and it’s super refreshing. she’s doing what she needs to do to keep herself from getting hurt, and this is time that shi hyun needs to sort out what he’s feeling and what he’s supposed to do. it’s very obvious that he’s still skirting the lines between pursuing healthy relationships and maturing and being in the toxic trio. there are three different scenarios that i could see panning out. one (my inner romantic wants this the most) being that shi hyun starts to break off the friendships with the toxic trio and coming clean to tae hee so they can move on and be together. that’s not likely, i don’t think you have to be a genius to figure that out. what i would like to see as an interesting plot device (but my inner romantic hates bc angst) would be for shi hyun to kind of… reunite w her but going back to his original motive or staying in the grey areas of his morality in this. this too i find unlikely bc his character has expressed discomfort with this. interesting, heartbreaking, and sure to rack up some views. what i think will happen is that he won’t try to get back with her right away, and soo ji is gonna keep being jealous and tell tae hee about their bet and fuck things up royally for them. either way, it’s only a matter of time before tae hee finds out. shi hyuns character development is interesting, a little predictable, but happening at a quicker rate than what i would have expected which makes me a bit suspicious loli’m a bit tired of the plot line with shi hyun’s mom’s accident. we’ve seen this in a million kdramas before, and again, it doesn’t take a genius to figure out how that panned out. it’s kind of disappointing actually, in my opinion, the best dramas are ones that strayed from this kind of ‘corruption covering up a car accident scandal’ trope. we get it, korea has issues with car accidents, and there are a lot of other ways to draw attention to that. this was a lot of bullshit about guessing the ending, but i guess that there’s no new relationships established to analyze and deem toxic. also i just realized how salty i sound about this, i actually really like this drama i’ve just had a long ass terrible ass day. lol i’m tired goodnight thank you for the ask and thanks for listening to my ted talk

10 random facts about me

Oh my god I can’t believe I missed this??? How?? Did I miss this?? For an entire month???

Anyways, thanks @mellifluous-distorted-rain for the tag!! also guuuurrrlll why are all of your facts so deep stop that-

1. I’m actually a v caring person ( almost motherly I guess??? ) but I don’t really know how to convey my feelings and such so I come off as cruel/sarcastic/mean most of the time //laughs ( ex: “you either wear your glasses or watch me poke your eyes out” is actually my way of saying take care of your eyes else you’ll get a migraine goodness gracious child )

2. lowkey protective of my siblings but i also yell and hit them alot idek what is wrong with me i think me joking around mostly involves insults and hitting idek man

3. I like exploring all my interests so much that I have so many projects piled on top of one another and it’s only increasing in numbers lmaoo ( right now i have at least 10000 illustration drafts, a video edit project, two animation projects, at least 10 fanfic drafts (( that i can see lah-- )) and three song covers i have yet to finalize lmaoo end me )

4. I never study outside of class except if it’s homework or formula related-- i also like maths and i never study for exams; my brain can’t cope with last minute studying but i always get high grades anyways ahahaha

5. I suck at learning new languages at this point ( I’ve studied Arabic from the age of six to eleven and then a semester this year and the only thing I know to say in Arabic is “my name is”, door, me, eye, no and numbers one until four //laughs )

6. I don’t like typing/speaking in my mother-tongue while i’m on the internet because it always comes out different from my nation’s accent/slang-- it’s kind of like US English and British English but in this case it’s Sabahan Malay and Peninsula Malay kdlsjhdsjd save me

7. I’m not one for holding grudges or bitterness because if I do, those moments of vengefulness or saltiness appears in my head in times I need my concentration most a.k.a. the hell known as exams and I hate that because it’ll take more energy to get me to concentrate now kljdshas

8. I get scared easily like-- even if it’s in the daytime, if I’m alone and a sudden noise happens, I’ll be on edge for the rest of the day + I jump at the slightest noise i stg ( ex : my dad calling for me, the dog barking, my friend putting her hand on my shoulder, etc ) One time, I didn’t sleep the whole 24/7 because I kept seeing a pontianak (idek what the eng word is but it’s almost like a banshee la--) in my head ahahahah

9. My favourite places to be are on the beach, in the ocean and trekking through open fields and trees- anything nature related and far far removed from urban city life is my place to be but also the place where i cannot go TTTTT

10. I despise when people go into my room while i’m out because when I come back, it feels like something is off in my room and I usually know when they enter without them having to tell me because, and this might sound weird but, the air around my room changed and it messes with my head and emotions and-- idek it’s weird and its been happening for years /shrugs
