I’ll never understand social media! This single post has gotten more than any of my posts on Instagram. All I was doing was showing how big my pants were after having missed a couple days of dialysis due to the hurricane and yet for some reason it’s blown up going somewhat viral! I went from about 800 followers to over 5000 in the last couple weeks with no engagement on my part. The reel itself has over 13,000 likes, over 2000 shares and like 90 comments! Poke, poke, poke...they got me all sorts of ways today! Did dialysis this morning which left the 2 bandaids on my upper left arm, then I had to get a PPD test for Tuberculosis which left another bandaid in my left forearm, and lastly a blood draw from my right arm to check for Hepatitis and Coronavirus so that I can do in-center dialysis next month in Tennessee. I opted for in-center while traveling this time to give myself a break from having to load Bertha (my 100lb dialysis machine) and do it all on my own.
