» @melssndre asked : ❛ the problem with wanting is that it makes us weak ❜
FIRE RUNS HOT IN HER VEINS, AND ANGER FLARES AS THE INFERNO RISES – dragon stirring in the manner of her gaze lifting, the embers that heat molten violet as hues roam before the woman before her, the slightest twitch that accompanies the tilt of her head ; a manner more dragon than human. Fingertips flex where petite frame lingers, watching, on a makeshift throne ( poor excuses for that which she seeks so eagerly ) and perhaps those words are not intended to offend, but they do have such desired effect. She’s never been good with holding back her temper, and this moment is no different – tone levied with a warning beneath each syllable, as she quips in response.
“And you think my want for the throne makes me weak?”
A mere glance to her left is enough to quell the annoyance that stirs – impatience, because for all of the advice so freely offered to her day by day she’s only hearing what she shouldn’t do and what she shouldn’t be, not what she should. Moment passes, before turning her attention to the RED WITCH before her.
“And what do you suggest gives strength, instead?”
